Collection of data

On our website, we give you the opportunity to receive ongoing information about LL Consult and our offers. You decide which information you share, but we need your name and e-mail address to be able to send you information. Other information may make it easier for us to contact you, such as your company name and the type of industry and country in which you operate. You provide this information voluntarily to simplify the contact between us.

In case we organize an event, we need basic contact details in order to be able to identify you at the event and to be able to administer the work around the event. We e.g. need to know food preferences or allergies. If we photograph you in connection with your participation at one of our events, the image may be posted in one of LL Consult’s social media channels. We will only do this if we have received your approval.

If you wish to get in touch with us because you, or the company you represent, are interested in our consulting services, we will process your contact details to enable the initial dialogue.

The legal basis for collecting your personal data both in connection with newsletters, event notifications and interest in our consulting services is our “legitimate interest”.

How LL Consult protects your personal data

LL Consult takes the legal, technical and organisational security measures necessary to ensure that your personal data is not lost, destroyed or that unauthorized persons gain access to it.
We cooperate with certain parties whose systems are located outside the EU and for example in service matters we may need to give a supplier outside the EU/EEA access to our systems. This only happens if we can ensure an adequate level of protection for your personal data through the application of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
