Personality Types and Team Efficiency

Harvard Business Review has an interesting article in their March-April 2017 issue about Pioneers, Drivers, Integrators, & Guardians. These are nomenclatures for four different personality types in teams. The article is very interesting and we suggest reading it.

Understanding, mixing, and communicating with the personality types in the right way is crucial for team efficiency and result.

Four personality types is however not a new invention; already the Greek physician Hippocrates (400 B.C.) mentioned four personality styles with the same kinds of behaviours: Choleric, Sangvinic, Phlegmatic, and Melancholic.
